RunTime, the application to create applications.
Extract RunTime1 in your RC.exe folder.
It is specialy made to make good (Windows XP) applications. This is not the last version, but a simplified one.
The RunTime1Tools.txt file is for the tools menu. Menudesigner is the application on what I also based FormDesigner (simplified version) (NOTE: FormDesigner is not a application, it is a part of RunTime)
